The Corporate Travel Community (CTC) is proud to present our fifth digital Masterclass Series: Towards the ‘new normal’ hotel programme to our valued CTC members and the broader corporate travel industry.

Buyers of Travel and Custodians of Corporate Travel programmes are welcoming relevant information to aid them in navigating today’s unchartered waters.

Each fortnight, the series will provide insight for travel management professionals on addressing critical issues as they adapt their travel programmes under the impact of COVID-19 with a fresh cast of industry experts to share their experiences.

  • Stephanie Maisano, Global Travel & Expense Lead, Transurban

     

    With over 16 years’ experience in the Travel Industry, Stephanie is an experienced Global Category Manager. She has successfully implemented new programs through change and management. This has ensured benefits to all stakeholders that are aligned with company values and strategic direction.

    Her areas of experience include strong supplier relationships, project management, implementation, expense management integration, refining reporting capabilities, sourcing and contract viability.

    Stephanie is a firm believer in the power of role based leadership and encouraging the opportunity for capability growth, her key areas of interest are centred in continuous improvement, resilience and successful delivery.

  • Catherine Craig, Global Director, CTC – Corporate Travel Community

     

    Catherine Craig has 30 years of industry experience in senior positions spanning Airline, TMCs and Ground Mobility.

    Starting her career with QANTAS within Corporate Sales and Global Customer Relations, Catherine transitioned through to operational roles including Global Delay Management & Customer Advocacy before moving into senior roles with TMCs and transitioning Europcar as a major provider in the corporate market.

    The last four years has seen Catherine work in a consultancy capacity where she was Managing Partner for GoldSpring Consulting Asia Pacific; providing independent business travel advice and travel management program services.

    Catherine worked very closely with CAPA during her time with GoldSpring and has now brought her skills, knowledge and experience to the CAPA team as Global Director of Corporate Travel Community.

    Catherine is a focused and results driven industry specialist with solid Business-to-Business experience, widely acknowledged among her peers as being committed to delivering outstanding results.

  • Benson Tang, Executive Director, CTC – Corporate Travel Community

     

    Benson’s remarkable career in travel started more than 25 years ago.

    For over a decade he oversaw Goldman Sachs’ Asian travel program as Executive Director, before being appointed Regional Director Asia for the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE). Benson joined the Corporate Travel Community in April 2019.

    His extensive knowledge of the corporate travel sector has made him a sought-after speaker, lecturer and thought leader in the Asia-Pacific region.

    Benson has a vast network of industry contacts and is passionate about knowledge sharing and best practice.

    He thrives on the creation of innovative tools and solutions that enable peers and stakeholders to excel in their roles.
